A wonderful new home displaying the latest science in “Green” construction is now nearing completion at 2338 Chamonix Lane in West Vail. Bob Stephanoff, builder/owner of the new spec home, admits it costs more and takes a good deal more effort to build a truly “Green” home, but it’s worth it.
